Welsh Rarebits member Fairyhill has won the Wales The True Taste Award as Restaurant of the Year in South Wales at the glittering awards ceremony held in Cardiff last week.

 

This year the Guild of Food Writers is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new competition in addition to its annual CookIt! cookery competition for children: CookIt-WriteIt! For the new competition CookIt-WriteIt! the Guild is looking for young food writers of the future and is asking entrants, aged between 15 and 18, to put together a 750-word piece on any food related subject.
