Its creators, Leon and Joan Downey and family, also open the dairy to visitors to witness this fascinating process, which they were instrumental in reviving 23 years ago.

Type of Cheese
Llangloffan - full fat yet dry, almost crumbly also available coloured or with chives and garlic. (10lb. 28lb veg/raw milk)Granston Blue - Developed in 1997 it is an old fashioned farmhouse blue. . . . . . . smooth and full bodied with greeny blue veins. . . . only made when the cows eat grass. (14kg/veg/raw milk).
