Caerfai Cheese has been an organic dairy farm since 1993, situated half a mile South of St. Davids and overlooking Caerfai Bay. They are one of Wales' only organic unpasteurised milk producers and have been making unpasteurised cheeses exclusively from their own herd since 1996.
